i had ordered a few times of this product last time i had recieved them 15 pcs are dead but i didnt mind it. now i had ordered it again 560pcs of crickets only 10 of them are alive all 550 are dead!!! i had called this shop and they said they will not changed it because i already recieved the item and i had asked them what if i will buy again and then they i will received dead crickets again they said they will not change them, as far as i am concern u have to have a consideration to your customers its your responsibilty to be sure that the items you sell are in good condition when you send it to your customers,
anyways thank but no thanks i hust wasted my money on nothing!
